If you are happier working One to One rather than in a group class, these sessions are ideal for you. We can work on specific areas to suit your individual needs and body. If you are new to Pilates or a Beginner and would like to work more on the basic principles of Pilates before coming into one of my classes, I can work with you on an individual basis or with a partner, friend or family members at your own pace to suit your own personal needs.
