Throughout the year, I run various events, and workshops, (often with my fellow Instructor colleague Jackie Lee) that bring lots of new content, in a fun and relaxing environment and incorporate Pilates, Yoga and well-being.
This is a lovely opportunity for you to come and spend a few hours just for you and it enables you to really enhance your bodies and minds together.
There is often a chance to browse and purchase hand made gifts during the afternoon and eat home made cakes too!
