Hi Everyone, I’m really looking forward to meeting you and teaching you online. Please take note of the following precautions before participating in the class to help you exercise safely. To reduce and avoid injury or you feeling unwell, if you have any pre-existing conditions or illnesses that you are concerned about, you will need to check with your Doctor or Healthcare Provider for appropriate exercise prescription and safety, before taking part in classes. By participating in the classes, you are doing so at your own risk. Jo’s Pilates will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you suffer as a result of her Pilates Programmes. If at any point during the class, you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have any physical discomfort, you should stop immediately and seek medical advice. Please use good judgement and common sense when taking part, consider your level and ability, choose the appropriate level of the exercises and rest when you need to. Adapt and modify when necessary to suit your own needs. Also make sure that you have adequate space around you to move freely and comfortably.
