Places will be limited to ensure good space in all venues for you to practice Pilates and Seated Exercise safely.
Please bring your own mat with you to use and your own cushion and/or towel if you need one for Pilates sessions.

This unique piece of Pilates equipment's versatile design means that it is an excellent choice for working with all ages and abilities. It is incredibly functional as it allows us to take our Pilates exercises into the vertical plane, either standing or seated and is brilliant to improve balance and increase your strength through the whole body. It enhances mobility with dynamic stability in a safe and effective way for all clients with differing needs.
£35 for a 30 minute session or £60 for a 60 minute session
