Live Classes 

Here are the details of my live classes:

Mondays: 10.30am - 11.30am Chair Movement to Music
Hope Corner Community Centre, 185 Mays Lane, Barnet, EN5 2DY
Cost - £5 per session
These classes are run through Barnet Age UK and are for 55+ years
Mondays: 5.45pm - 6.45pm Pilates (All Levels)
Wednesdays: 7pm-8pm - Pilates (Intermediate)
St Peter's Church Hall, Vera Avenue, Grange Park, N21 1RG

Cost - £75 for a 6-week Block or £16 Pay as you Go

Saturdays: 10am -11am Pilates (Improvers/Intermediate)
Chickenshed Theatre, 290 Chase Side, N14 4PE

Cost - £80 for a 6-week Block or £16 Pay as you Go

Places will be limited to ensure good space in all venues for you to practice Pilates and Seated Exercise safely.

Please bring your own mat with you to use and your own cushion and/or towel if you need one for Pilates sessions.

Class Locations

  •  One to One on Zoom

     If you are short of time in your busy schedule or it's difficult for you to get out and about, practicing Pilates online, is a great alternative to face to face sessions. If you would like to have a One to One session in the comfort of your own home, get in touch.

    One to One sessions online are £45

     CLASS TIMETABLE 

    Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Saturday
    10.30am - 11.30am Chair Movement to Music for 55+ at Hope Corner 10.00am -Pilates Improvers/Intermediate at Chickenshed
    Available for One to One's Available for One to One's 2.30pm - Barnet U3A Pilates
    5.45pm - 6.45pm Pilates All Levels at St Peter's Church Hall
    7pm - 8pm Pilates Intermediate at St. Peter's Church Hall
    All Classes run for 1 hour.
    Cost - £16 per class Pay as you Go
    £75 per 6 Week Block at St peter's Church
    £80 per 6 Week Block at Chickenshed - payable by Bank Transfer.

    One to Ones Available - £45.00 per hour Online/ £55 per hour Live

    Online Sessions are run through the app Zoom that you download on to your device. 
    (Mobile Phone, Laptop, Desktop, Tablet, Ipad)
    I will provide you with more details once you sign up.

    The Wunda Chair

    This unique piece of Pilates equipment's versatile design means that it is an excellent choice for working with all ages and abilities. It is incredibly functional as it allows us to take our Pilates exercises into the vertical plane, either standing or seated and is brilliant to improve balance and increase your strength through the whole body. It enhances mobility with dynamic stability in a safe and effective way for all clients with differing needs.


    £35 for a 30 minute session or £60 for a 60 minute session
